Nanometer SiO2 (rubber)
The mechanical intensity of pure rubber is very low. But rubber’s tensile strength will be increase from 0.35MPa to 14MPa after adding some wanjing nanometer silicon dioxide (VK-SR01).The rate of tensile strength increases more than 40 times ,but other rubbers can increase 1.4-10 times only.
Nanometer silicon dioxide (VK-SR01)is the best filling used to increase the strength of high-temperature sulfurate silicone. Nanometer silicon dioxide can increase the strength of rubber effectively. Adding nanometer silicon dioxide (VK-SR01)in rubber will form a microcrystalline area where silicon dioxide are nucleus. And then the physical junctions will increase. The tensile strength will increase more than 40 times in this way.

Property:
Wanjng nanometer silicon dioxide can increase the anti-aging property, re-attrite capability, the intensity and toughness of rubber. It can prolong the life of rubber as well.
The function of increasing strength of rubber is affected by the particle size, SSA and frame of nanometer silicon dioxide. Small particle size and big surface volume can increase the intensity and rigidity of rubber effectively.

Silicone: 3.0-30% Polyurethane: 3.0-25%
Acrylate: 0.5-3.5% Polysulfide rubber: 0.1-5%
